Procedures and processes are constantly improved so that everything that we make or supply is defect-free. This applies to every stage of the supply chain from development and design, through to manufacture and customer service. Feedback from our customers is a key factor. We have developed procedures to ensure that experience from the user is properly collated and then applied, either as an immediate improvement or used for long-term product development. And, of course, all this is achieved whilst pursuing an active environmental policy. Thus all TA manufacturing facilities are quality and environmentally certified ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 respectively.
